The BSL2+ Labs of 1000 Sft facility is just built in 15 days. After completion of Lockdown, to perform SARS-CoV-2 samples, NIMS Hospital wanted to install Roche-Switzerland Automatic sample testing machine. HiContainments took this challenging task and completed with in 15 days.
The project consists of Perimeter Brick wall, Concrete floor, Concrete ceiling and a modular panelling with modular ceiling.
100% fresh air, 100% exhaust HVAC system with Bag in Bag out HEPA filtration system installed with deviated Air Cooled Chiller.
Entry and Exit Changerooms, Airlocks provided with door interlocking, Access col systems.
The Lab provided with RO water system, double door decontamination Autoclave, Biosafety Cabinets, Passbox, Cleanroom furniture, work benches, epoxy flooring, Camera, fire detection alarm. All the work completed in just 15days…believe this!
